The cream is wrapped in a rice cake as fluffy as Hokkaido's powdered snow.

The rice is wrapped with sweet bean paste made from organically grown Erimo azuki beans carefully grown in Obihiro.
This OHAGI has a gentle texture while retaining as much grain as possible.

The mashed sweet bean paste made from organically grown Erimo azuki beans, carefully cultivated in Obihiro, is wrapped with steamed Hokkaido's rice cake, "Kazenoko".
Specially grown soybean kinako is roasted and sprinkled on the top.
